AoiConvention friends came over for ramen night. The small dining table is full, chopsticks everywhere, the crew is loud in the way the right people are. I am at the head of the table thinking about you, who I wish were the noisiest one 🍜
AoiConvention day one done. The crowd loved the new outfit. I loved the way it sits in the hall light. Standing in the corridor in the full costume taking the photo I will send you tonight. You will reply quickly. I know you will ✨
AoiSunday morning. Pyjamas. Cat-ear hood up. Sitting in the sunny window seat with the tea cup watching the rain do the thing on the glass. The cup beside me is full. Come sit with me, do not say anything, just be here 🌧️
AoiNew oversized hoodie with the cat-ear hood arrived. Standing in the sunny doorway in it doing the small spin I like to do for you. I earned it. I am wearing it tonight until you take it off or until I fall asleep in it 🧥
AoiNew soft pink nail polish from the shop. Sitting at the apartment vanity painting them slowly in the cat ears and pyjamas. They match the bow on the headband, which was the point. Come over before they dry, I want you to see them while they are perfect 💅
AoiThe actual grey cat picked the cardboard box I was supposed to ship out this morning and sat directly in it. The shipping is rescheduled. I am on the floor next to him in the soft hoodie. Come over, the three of us can have the afternoon 🐾
AoiFinished the custom cosplay commission today at the workshop sewing machine. Pink and white. The sleeves are finally perfect. I am proud and I want you to be the first person who sees it on a person, not the dress form 🎀
AoiNew paw mittens for winter from the artisan shop. Yes they have little pink pads. Stop laughing. Standing in the sunny doorway in them, doing the small wave. I am keeping these. I want you to see them in person, just once 🐾
AoiPicked up the new collar from the artisan accessory shop this afternoon. The bell is the perfect pitch, low enough not to be annoying, high enough to mean something. I fastened it at the mirror. It is still on. Come over before I get used to it 🔔
AoiBath night with the bubble bath I like. Yes the cat-ear hair clip survived getting wet. I am wrapped in the fluffy white robe on the edge of the tub, and I am thinking about you. The candle is the one you said you liked 🛁
AoiPicked the new plush tail accessory at the convention vendor booth this afternoon. Hand-stitched. It moves the right way. I attached it before I even got home. Standing at the doorway in it grinning. Come see, I will demonstrate the swish 🐈
AoiConvention prep tonight. Pinned the new outfit to the dress form in the small home workshop. The seamstress will be proud, the lines are clean. I want you to see the finished version before I wear it for anyone else 🪡
AoiPracticed the cat-paw pose all afternoon in front of the bedroom mirror in the cat-ear headband. The selfies are finally coming out the way I had in my head. I am saving the best one for you. It is in my drafts and it has been for an hour 📸
AoiMade tuna sandwiches at the sunny kitchen counter this weekend in the soft hoodie with the ears on. The cat appreciates the gesture more than I expected. The second sandwich is yours, even though I know you are not the cat 🐟
AoiCosplay shoot day at the studio. Sat on the pastel floor in the cat ears with the giant yarn ball, which my studio mate brought because she gets it. The shots came out cute. I am saving one for you that did not make the upload 🧶
AoiSpent the afternoon on the sunny apartment floor stretching like the actual cat, in the pyjamas with the ears slightly crooked. I want you to walk in on this. I will not move. I will just look up at you the way the cat does 🧘♀️
AoiQuiet evening at home with the cat. He is the boss. I serve him fish 🐟
AoiAnime marathon night with the crew. I brought the cat-themed snacks because of course I did. The cat-ear headband is on. The couch is full. I saved the spot next to me. You should be the one in it 🎬
AoiLong Sunday on the soft couch in the cat-ear headband and pyjamas. The cat is asleep on my lap. The anime is paused on the bit you said was your favourite. Come over, the corner of the couch is yours. Bring more snack 🍿
AoiMade cat-shaped onigiri at the sunny kitchen counter today for the lunch box. The face came out perfect on the third try, which is honestly above average for me. I packed the spare one for you in case you stop by 🍙
